I am a strong believer that County Government should be non-partisan. The votes we take should represent our opinion of what we think is best for the community not what is wanted by any particular party. We work to improve Human Services including Brookside and Willowbrook, Veterans Services, Aging & Disability Services, Children/Family Services, Public Safety including our Court System, Public Works, Retaining our Vital Records like birth/death certificates, land deeds, and Planning for the future while protecting our parks and greenspace.

I see myself as non-partisan but recently there have been accusations of “extremism”. You can see my voting record below. My overall voting agreement with Erin Decker (R) and Dave Geertsen (R) is 97.5%. My voting agreement with Frederick Brookhouse (I) and Daniel Gaschke (D) is 100%. There is only a 2.5% difference between the two groups. I work with everyone and vote on the issue. There should be no place for party politics and accusations about “extremism” within County Government.
